Lucien W. Valloni ist ein sehr erfahrener Prozessanwalt in internationalen und inländischen Handelsstreitigkeiten und Schiedsgerichtsverfahren. Er ist einer der erfolgreichsten Sportanwälte der Schweiz, mit umfassender Erfahrung in Sportschiedsgerichtsbarkeitsangelegenheiten vor dem Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) sowie vor sämtlichen Verbandsinstanzen der bedeutendsten Sportverbände.
Lucien ist auch bekannt für seine grosse Expertise auf dem Gebiet der Anfechtung von Schiedssprüchen vor dem Bundesgericht. Sowohl vor dem Bundesgericht wie auch vor dem Europäischen Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte hat er bereits diverse publizitätsträchtige Sportrechtsfälle gewonnen.
Zudem unterstützt Lucien geschädigte Zivilpersonen und Gesellschaften in Strafverfahren und ist im Zusammenhang mit der Vollstreckung ausländischer Urteile sowie in grossen komplexen grenzüberschreitenden Rechtsstreitigkeiten tätig. Lucien hat auch grosse Erfahrung im Immobilientransaktionsbereich.
Lucien ist Gründer und Partner unserer Kanzlei. Daneben publiziert und doziert er regelmässig zu den Themen Prozessführung und Sportrecht. Er ist unter anderem ständiger Gastdozent an der Paris-Sorbonne Universität in Abu Dhabi.
