Pablo Pérez is a Madrid-admitted lawyer who combines deep expertise in sports law with a strong practice in Spanish civil, commercial and labor law. In the sports field, with a particular focus on basketball, he advises players, agents and clubs on international contracts under FIBA and ACB frameworks, and regularly represents clients before the Basketball Arbitration Tribunal (BAT), from drafting claims and managing procedure to enforcement of awards. He also serves as legal advisor to a Madrid basketball club. Beyond sports, he advises companies and individuals on contractual, commercial and employment matters under Spanish law, including cross-border situations, always with a practical and solution-oriented approach. Pablo holds a Master’s in International Law. He lives between Zurich and Madrid throughout the year and works in Spanish and English.
