Noemi Delli Colli

Noemi Delli Colli’s practice focuses on domestic and international litigation. She represents parties in proceedings before state courts and administrative authorities. In addition, Noemi represents athletes in disciplinary proceedings and other proceedings within sports federations as well as before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Noemi also has experience representing parties in FINMA enforcement proceedings as well as in the context of internal investigations.

In addition to her litigation practice, Noemi regularly advises and represents clients in the areas of employment and real estate law.

Noemi also has in-depth knowledge of transactional matters, in particular banking and regulatory law as well as general corporate and contract law.
