Eleni Serifi is a highly experienced international arbitration and commercial law practitioner advising companies, private clients, and decision-makers on cross-border legal matters, strategic risk management, negotiations, arbitrations and alternative dispute resolution. She also serves as an international arbitrator and tribunal secretary. Based in Zurich and admitted to practice in Greece, Eleni advises Swiss and Greek clients on legal matters involving both jurisdictions. Her expertise spans a broad range of industries, including energy, infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing and supply, post M&A, pharmaceuticals, inheritance, and data centers/AI.
Eleni has ten years of experience across Switzerland, France and Greece, representing multinational clients in high-value international arbitrations, also involving States, under the ICC, Swiss, LCIA, and UNCITRAL rules and across multiple governing laws, including Swiss law.
Drawing on her cross-border commercial experience, she regularly advises clients on claims strategy, negotiations, risk mitigation and early case assessment.
She also advises on EU law and regulatory matters and represents clients before the European Court of Human Rights. In addition, she represents clients before the Greek courts and in negotiations with Greek public authorities, making her a trusted adviser on Swiss-Greek cross-border matters.
