ELENI SERIFI JOINS OUR LAW FIRM
We are very pleased to announce that Eleni Serifi joins our Law Firm on 15 June 2026.
With 10 years of experience in international arbitration and commercial law across Switzerland, France and Greece, Eleni will be the Head of Commercial Arbitration at the Firm and also Head of our Greek Desk. She will be advising companies, private clients, and decision-makers on cross-border legal matters, risk management and alternative dispute resolution, while acting also as international arbitrator and tribunal secretary.
She has worked on high-value arbitrations at leading international law firms and as in-house counsel,with experience across a wide range of industries, including energy, infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing, post M&A, pharmaceuticals, inheritance, and artificial intelligence.
She is a Greek Lawyer, admitted to the Athens Bar in 2017, and is currently studying for the Swiss Bar.
She holds LLB and LLM Degrees from the University of Athens (Valedictorian) and an LLM Degree from Harvard Law School (Fulbright, Harvard Scholar, Dean’s Scholar Prize).
She is a regular speaker at International Conferences and, in July 2025, she spoke at the 17th Panhellenic Conference for In-house Lawyers on “The strategic use of arbitration as a dispute resolution tool”.Trained in multicultural environments, Eleni brings a global perspective and a passion for business-oriented, innovative problem-solving. She believes that every legal matter is, first and foremost, a commercial challenge and should be approached as such.
She speaks Greek and English fluently, has a professional knowledge of German and a good knowledge of French.
