The publication of decisions must comply with the principles of relevance and essentiality of information, as well as the protection of the dignity of the individuals concerned, avoiding the dissemination of data exceeding the purposes pursued.<\/p>\n
Finally, particular attention must be given to the amateur sports sector, which forms the foundation of the Italian national sports system. Amateur sports bodies, notwithstanding their often limited financial and human resources and reliance on voluntary contributions, are fully subject to data protection legislation.
