The survey is grounded in five foundational values recognised by \u201cGreat Place To Work\u201d worldwide as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>credibility;<\/li>\n<li>respect;<\/li>\n<li>fairness;<\/li>\n<li>pride; and<\/li>\n<li>cmaradierie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Generally,\u00a0\u201cGreat Place To Work\u201d certification is awarded on the basis of a rigorous methodology, which combines employee feedback and the analysis of internal workplace practices. The evaluation relies primarily on the proprietary\u00a0Trust Index\u2122, which measures the level of trust in the organisation, the quality of connections amongst colleagues, and overall employee loyalty. Organisations may also provide additional information on their culture and Human Resource strategies through the\u00a0Culture Audit\u2122 assessment.<\/p>\n<p>For the FFT, this certification marks a meaningful stage in a broader long-term commitment to cultivating a high-quality working environment and supporting the well-being and development of its employees.
