It explores key pillars, such as\u00a0creation and design; brand management; retail excellence; digital marketing; sustainability; creative circularity; traceability; transparency; customer experience; innovation; and\u00a0inclusion.<\/p>\n Estelle gained valuable insights into the Group\u2019s six core business sectors:\u00a0Fashion & Leather Goods; Wines & Spirits; Perfumes & Cosmetics; Watches & Jewellery; Selective Retailing; and\u00a0Other Activities\u00a0\u2013 each rooted in exceptional craftsmanship and brand heritage.<\/p>\n Building on her expertise in\u00a0EU law, international law, sports law, and\u00a0arbitration, Estelle examined the growing and important interface between the luxury goods industry and high-level sport \u2014 a dynamic field where values of\u00a0excellence, heritage, performance, and\u00a0global influence\u00a0converge.<\/p>\n She was particularly interested in how\u00a0LVMH strategically bridges\u00a0these worlds, notably through its role as\u00a0Premium Partner of the Paris 2024 Olympic & Paralympic Games, and its\u00a0historic 10-year global partnership with Formula 1\u00ae, beginning in 2025.<\/p>\n These initiatives reflect a bold investment in global storytelling and emotional brand engagement, whilst also raising key legal and strategic questions relating to\u00a0governance; commercial law; intellectual property; competition law; and\u00a0international regulation.<\/p>\n Estelle also closely follows recent developments, such as\u00a0the Louis Vuitton official partnership with Real Madrid; the Loro Piana renewed sponsorship of the Giraglia Regatta; and the broader LVMH Group commitments to\u00a0ethical conduct, social responsibility, and\u00a0sustainability, as expressed in the LVMH Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct.<\/p>\n
